We are hopeful that we will be able to get the event up and running again in 2021. So keep an eye on our Facebook page, Instagram or website for updates. In the meantime, we really appreciate your support and would like to offer the following options for tickets purchased (or transferred) to the 17 October event:
Option 1. Transfer your entry to the 2021 event.
What do you need to do? Nothing, this will automatically happen.
Option 2. Request a refund for your ticket/s.
What you need to do? Send an email to RTV@martinborough.school.nz no later than Friday 16 October 2020 including:
· the name your ticket was booked under
· your registration number
· the bank account number of the account you would like the refund paid to
Please note that any refund requests will not be processed after 16 October 2020, instead tickets will automatically be transferred to the 2021 event.
Option 3. Donate your ticket fee to Martinborough School.
What do you need to do? Email RTV@martinborough.school.nz confirming you wish to donate the money you paid for your ticket to Martinborough School. A Donation receipt can also be provided if requested. Thank you!
