2022 Event Postponed
Round the Vines and Martinborough School has reluctantly reached the decision to postpone the event, scheduled for 12th March 2022. This is due to COVID-19 and the many associated logistical issues of running events in anything but a Green Light under the COVID-19 protection framework. This decision did not come lightly, and it is devastating for our dedicated team of volunteer organisers.
The organisers realise that it’s a huge disappointment to ticket holders and the loyal attendees who have enjoyed the event year on year. The decision to postpone the event now is to enable those registered participants to make alternative arrangements with plenty of notice.
We do intend to hold the event later in the year, however, the timing of the postponement date is to be finalised with our partners, contractors and school community.
If you wish to seek a refund please email RTV@martinborough.school.nz with your registration details by 30 January 2022 and a refund will be processed otherwise we will transfer your registration to our new date once confirmed (refunds will be available if you cannot make the revised date.)

ENTRY FEES
Individuals - Adults $53* | Children (6 - 14 yrs) $32 | Children ( 0 - 5 yrs) FREE *
Team - 4 People - $190.00* | Team - 6 People - $280 *
Packs can be collected from the Martinborough School Hall on Friday afternoon before the event from 3:30pm-7pm, or from the Registration desks in the square from 8am on the morning of the event. Entrants can register on the day from 8am at the REGISTRATION DESK in the Square.
* A late fee of $10 applies for teams and $5 for individual entries if registering in the week before the event.
ALL ENTRY FEES ARE TREATED AS DONATIONS TO MARTINBOROUGH SCHOOL
Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. This event goes ahead rain or shine.
