TRANSFERS

If you’ve booked for an event where your name has been required, but can’t attend, it’s fine for another person to attend in your place as long as you let us know beforehand.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Should you wish to cancel your booking, no refund will be available, unless applied at our discretion.

FEES

We may charge an administration fee to transfer or cancel your booking.

CHANGES TO CONTENT, POSTPONEMENT & EVENT CANCELLATION

In the unlikely event of cancellation of this event, our liability is limited to the refund of your booking fee.

We may alter the times, dates, and content of this event without notice to you at any time.

While we are sorry if this causes inconvenience, we will not be liable for any loss, damages or sadness arising from such changes.

EVENT WAIVER

When entering for the Round The Vines event you are agreeing to the following event waiver.

I/We, accept the conditions of entry on this website in the knowledge that running and walking are inherently challenging activities. 

I/We have read all information and understand the risks, demands and dangers involved in the event. 

I/We take full responsibility for my/our fitness, experience and actions and all personal possessions and equipment during this event.

I/We understand that while the organisers have arranged roading permissions and roading controls that they cannot be held responsible for the actions of members of the public. 

I understand that in the event of “Acts of God” occurrences such as but not necessarily limited to fire, earthquake, flooding, earth slippage and pandemic that make the event and/or course unsafe, inaccessible or cancelled/postponed because of circumstances outside of the organisers control, the event may be postponed or cancelled without refund. 

I/We authorise my/our personal details, voice and picture to be used in any capacity without payment by the organisers and/or sponsors and/or partners of the event. 

I/we and my/our kin, heirs and executors of any estate hereby waive, release and forever discharge the event organisers, directors, sponsors, land owners and all other persons associated with the event in whatsoever capacity of any liability, claims or damages relating to financial loss, personal injury, loss of or damage to any equipment or any other matter or claim arising from the event.
